Supreme Court Hears Abortion Survivors

Yes, there are individuals who survive the best attempts to kill them when they were newborn.
They often have lifetime disabilities that they have to overcome in order to function due to the horrible effects of salt poisoning or even the "doctors" surgically tearing off of a limb while still in the womb. They make it into the world somehow, screaming for life. Someone steps in and rescues them before the killers can leave them die due to their injuries. Many are simply left to bleed to death on the table. Others are suffocated. Yet, against all odds, a select few survive.

Those few are in the process of testifying of their lives to the Supreme Court of the US as I type this. The court is hearing testimony of the horrors of partial birth abortion. They have allowed these survivors to appear before them with testimonies.

Please pray for a total turnaround in the thinking of the justices. Pray that they might realize the full horror of decades of brutality towards the unborn.

Over The Top Liberalism

Some people say that Christians are,"so heavenly minded that they are of no earthly use." But I would like to say that there are liberals who worship at the altar of liberalism. They are champions in the, " I am more sensitive and caring" game that so many people play.

today's over-the-top liberal principal of a public school, thought it was good and sensitive to not offend anyone's tender little heart with a picture in their yearbook of an American coin that had written on it the words, "in God we trust." Never mind that the air waves, mail boxes, and internet are full of super offensive porno, commercialism, and blasphemy against the true Christian church. We sure wouldn't want any little kiddies to read "in God we trust." It might confuse and traumatized them. So they air bushed it out of the photo.

If this was just one official with a mental problem it wouldn't be so bad. But it seems to emerge everyday as a liberal mantra. This is too much. These folks cannot see the forest for the trees.

When The Deep Purple Falls...

Minnesota has moved from a blue state to parity. A new poll ("Red"Star/Tribune) shows that 29% of the states populace now consider themselves republican and 25% consider themselves democrat. A statistical dead heat.

Minnesota cannot be said to be a red state yet, but it has certainly moved to (at least) purple.

Islamic Cartoon Riot Leader Caught In Child Slave Trade

Gul Kahn is a senior member of a group that was accused of inciting riots in Pakistan earlier this year. The riots were in connection with the cartoons of the prophet Muhammed published by a Danish newspaper. Yesterday he was caught selling 20 Christian boys into the slave trade in a sting operation. The sting was set up and led by a Christian missionary posing as a businessman looking for some boys age 6 to 12 to use in a slave street begging scheme.

The Christian missionary was told that if the boys were not good for begging that they could still be valuable sold for their internal organs.

Gul Kahn a wealthy militant and senior member of Jamaat-ud Daawa, an Islamic organization was filmed accepting the money. In the late '90s, Osama bin Laden funded the building of JUD's headquarters.

The hostages were freed and returned to their parents many of whom had given up hope of ever seeing their children again.

Is Somalia The Next Afghanistan For Al-Qaeda ?

Many al- Qaeda are on the move. Since the US invasion of Afghanistan they have not had a home. Many have settled in the deserts of the Sinai. Egypt has been in a lazy war to remove them. Some of them have even been pressured into the Gaza strip for protection. (http://www.debka.com) Others have spread out into Yemen. They come equipped with weapons and ammunition and they set up armed base camps.

Why is this important? Well, not just because roaming bands of armed thugs seem to have plenty of room to settle in Muslim countries, but because all of the areas mentioned above are seen as wastelands in the endtime scenarios of the book of Ezekiel.

Yemen, Somalia, Egypt, Sin, and Ethiopia are all seen as part of a massive judgment in Ezekiel 30. I think the forces attacking Israel in Ezekiel are all Muslim forces. My studies show that the great battles and judgments are against Muslim countries.

This build up makes it all seem possible.

Antiquities Fraud Trial Reveals Politics Of Truth

Oded Golan, Robert Deutsch, and Rafi Brown are accused of faking the burial box of Jesus brother James, a wine decanter used in Solomon's Temple and even a stone known as the Joash stone with a Hebrew inscription that recorded the renovation of Solomon's Temple by King Joash in ancient history.

Golan has been under house arrest for more than a year. Deutsch has had his reputation destroyed and lost his university teaching position. The trial goes slowly forward and in the end is one experts opinion against another's.

Truth waits for expert opinion based upon human assumptions. Human assumptions for or against the history of the bible. Geologists, epigraphers, and archeologists do not determine truth. God does. Others only confirm or disprove their assumptions.

Imagine A World Without Liars

I just thought of another song that has deceptive lyrics. John Lennon's song, "Imagine"

The problem is truly that too many people are just living for today. Without thought of judgment and the needs of the next generation. "The fool says in his heart that there is no God"

New Strange Morgellons Disease

A new strange disease is emerging in Texas, California, and Florida. Lesions appear on your skin and then strange "fibers" begin to extrude from them. Strange black and tarry beads of sweat form. Sometimes fibers emerge and sometimes black specks.

For most, the lesions never heal. Antibiotics seem to have some effect. No treatment seems to help. They say it feels like bugs are crawling under the skin. Over 100 people have encountered the lesions. Many experience disruption of mental abilities, concentration, and depression. Many people have been misdiagnosed as mentally ill with delusions.

There is no infection in the lesions. Anti-parasitic medications do not work. About half of the people who have developed the disease have had lyme disease in the past. They have named the disease Morgellons.

Incredible Photograph Of Comet

Here is a dazzling photo of the comet named 73P/Schwassmann-Wachmann 3. I am often amazed by the photos that are being pulled in by our space based telescopes. This one is brilliant !
But it is from an earth based telescope in Germany.

Look above and near the center of the photo and you can see another galaxy with spiral arms.
The top right is a "ring nebula"

Polar Bear And Grizzly Mating !

Polar bears and their near cousins, grizzly bears have begun to mate. Northern hunters are beginning to see polar bears with brown splashes of hair and strange features, like long claws and a humped back.

Civil War In Palestine ?

Hamas and Fatah militia are engaging in violent clashes. There are many deep differences between the two groups. About the only things they agree upon is their love of Allah and their hatred of the Jews. They are amassing weapons as I am typing this. Egyptian officials are failing to keep the peace.

Another new player on the scene is Al Qaeda. They are gathering from all over the world in the Sinai Peninsula and are in striking range of the Suez Canal. Egypt cannot, or says it cannot, contain them.

Conclusions ? Three large Islamic factions are at work in and around Israel. Right now they are engaged in internal power struggles and struggles with each other. In the meantime, they are amassing weapons and munitions. Sometime in the near future they will put down their differences and begin a joint attack on Israel. Israel will respond with brutal force.

"Emergent" Church Discards Doctrine

Thanks to Stuff Out Loud blog for exposing more dangerous "emergent" church thinking. He speaks of how many of these churches discard doctrinal statements because "Jesus didn't have one, they are linguistic idolatry and they exclude others"

Of course they exclude others! Hindu, etc. doctrine just won't cut it in the kingdom of God. But I do believe they almost become idolatry for some people. The Calvinism / Armenism debate is a good example. Why can't people just say, "I don't know?" And I must say that Jesus most certainly did have doctrine. It can be summed up as, "Jesus Christ is Lord."

Of course, Bethel college and seminary is deeply involved in this sort of thinking and give support to the emergent viewpoint. Things are shaking and foundations are being tested there by the Living God as I am writing this.

"If the foundations be destroyed, what will the righteous do?"

Historic First ! More Jews In Israel Than Any Other Country

Since the diaspora in 70 AD Jews have been spread out in other countries. Now, due to the return of Jews to Israel, there are more Jews living in Israel than in any other country in the world for the first time in 1936 years.

This is an amazing thing that was prophesied by Ezekiel 2500 years ago. Just a mere 60 years ago there was no country of Israel and no real hope of there ever being one again. The Jews are the only people in the history of the world to remain a distinct nation for over 3500 years.

The Jews are truly God's people.

Sex Offenders Working At McDonald's

What's in a happy meal?
An investigative news channel in Nashville has discovered that sex offenders often work at McDonald's restaurants. Yet part of their probation prohibits contact with minors.

McDonald's is one of the largest attractors of children in the world. Their playground equipment makes them second only to the parks for kids to play. Yet many of these McDonald's knowingly hire sex offenders.

I don't know about you, but this thought makes me think twice before stopping at McDonald's. I know good help is hard to find, and I know that there is a great increase in sex offenders, but I never stopped to think that it would spill over into fast food.
