Canada Begins Return To Sanity
One of the first things Canadas new conservative government has done is begun the proceedings to raise the age of sexual consent (now 14 years old !) to a more reasonable level. The proposed new age of sexual consent will be 16 years old. This is still very young for this day and age but is a good beginning.

It is a good beginning; they're halfway there. 18 should be the age of consent. When you're an adult and are accountable for your choices then you can make them.
