Photographer Fined $6000 For NOT Taking Pictures At A Wedding !
A photographer in New Mexico was asked to take photos of a lesbian commitment ceremony. They politely refused. They got sued. The state Human Rights Commission fined them $6000. The case is on appeal.
Our friend, Jordan Lorence with the Alliance Defense Fund, defended the photographers. Because of the aggressiveness of homosexual activists, Jordan believes that this is the sort of thing that will result from new non-discrimination laws passed in 19 states. These laws are being used as weapons against Christian businesses and churches.
The Federal government is now trying to pass some new non-discrimination laws. It is called the federal Employment Non-Discrimination Act. It will probably have a chilling effect upon Christianity in America as it is used against those who believe in the word of God.

They should have taken the pictures but wore "God hates lesbianism" shirts. But that would probably be a hate crime.
You have heard that it was said, 'Eye for eye, and tooth for tooth.' But I tell you, Do not resist an evil person. If someone strikes you on the right cheek, turn to him the other also. And if someone wants to sue you and take your tunic, let him have your cloak as well.
People can't just be free. Go be homosexuals. What do I care. So, since you *feel* bound, you have to bind me. Two wrongs make a right... real mature. Such does sin.
