UN Convention on the Rights of the Child Article 14

You have to watch the laws being passed all around the world today, not just the laws in your city or your state. Laws being passed in the world are having direct effect on your future because of the move to globalism. American judges now quote from laws being passed in other parts of the world, not just American law.
